4. Payment Terms

Monthly rent is due on the first day of each month.
A late fee will be assessed if payment is not received by the fifth day of the month.
Non-payment may result in additional fees and potential termination of the storage contract.

4.1 Security Deposits

A security deposit may be required upon signing the rental agreement. This deposit will be refunded at the end of the rental period, provided no damage or overdue payments are outstanding.

5. Usage Rules

Clients must adhere to the following usage guidelines to ensure a safe and secure environment:

Only authorized personnel are allowed access to your storage unit.
Prohibited items include hazardous materials, illegal substances, and perishables.
Tenants are responsible for the contents of their storage units.

5.1 Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly prohibited in any storage unit:

Hazardous chemicals and flammable materials.
Explosives and fireworks.

6. Access to Storage Units

Clients have access to their storage units during our operating hours. Extended access may be available upon request and subject to additional fees.

Standard access hours: 6 AM to 10 PM, Monday through Sunday.
After-hours access requires prior arrangement and verification.
All visitors must comply with facility security protocols.

6.1 Key and Security Codes

Each storage unit is secured with a unique key or security code. Tenants are responsible for the safekeeping of their keys and codes. Lost keys or codes may incur replacement fees.

7. Insurance

Storage Crystal Palace offers insurance options to protect your belongings. It is recommended that tenants secure adequate insurance coverage, either through us or a third-party provider.

Basic coverage includes protection against fire and theft.

8. Termination of Agreement

Either party may terminate the storage agreement by providing written notice 30 days in advance. Upon termination, tenants must vacate their storage unit and remove all belongings.

Failure to vacate after termination may result in legal action and additional fees.
Refunds for prepaid rent will be processed according to our refund policy.

8.1 Early Termination

Tenants wishing to terminate their agreement before the end of the rental period may be subject to early termination fees, as outlined in their contract.

9. Liability

Storage Crystal Palace is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to the contents of storage units unless caused by our negligence or willful misconduct.

Tenants are advised to secure adequate insurance coverage.
We implement robust security measures to protect your belongings.

9.1 Indemnification

Tenants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Storage Crystal Palace against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of our storage services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Storage Crystal Palace operates. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.

Entire Agreement: These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the tenant and Storage Crystal Palace.
Severability: If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining terms will remain in effect.
Waiver: Failure to enforce any part of these terms does not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce them later.
